• A highly sensitive person (hsp) is often labeled being dramatic, over-reactive to subtle stimuli, but on a medical level, they're living life with Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS). A hsp can be from both genetic roots, born naturally, and/or post-trauma. Nonetheless they have a gift of emotional intelligence and empathy where they can tune into ones emotion remaining considerate of others.
