Our Purpose
The group serves as an outlet for clients—a community where lived experience is respected and every contribution matters.
01
Speak openly about your own journey in a supportive environment.
02
Learn from the insight and experience found throughout the community.
03
Take part in discussions, ask questions, and offer meaningful feedback.
Our Promise
Hosts bring presented topics, then use participant feedback to guide the conversation. Whatever you have to share will be received without judgment—not dismissed or swept aside.
Gathered Feedback
Everyone should have a way to contribute—even when speaking out loud feels difficult.
Share structured feedback about meetings, discussions, and community needs.
Submit a topic you would like the group to address at the next meeting.
Raise a topic or issue privately when you want to be heard without speaking publicly.
After sharing once or twice and feeling included, a hesitant participant may feel more comfortable opening up as time passes.
Continuous Improvement
A participant-led process that keeps each meeting responsive, useful, and connected to what the community needs.
Begin with introductions and create room for every person.
Collect and record the information sought and exchanged.
Identify the subjects that need further discussion.
Design the outline for the next meeting’s presented topic.
Coming Before November 29
A new conversation centered on epilepsy, community support, and making space for every voice. Episode and listening details will be announced before the Epilepsy Story Event.
