The definition of stress is the emotional reaction when we feel threatened or pressure. The catch is “stress” can have many sources. Of course there’s the toxic negative idea of stress that comes to everyone’s mind. At the same time there could be a positive base to the stress, such as a planning a wedding. A warrior could have a seizure triggered by the excitement.
