A head’s up wouldn’t hurt

So much variation comes with epilepsy such as seizure types, triggers, even the severity. Having a grip on what triggers them, a warrior can develop a functional life accordingly. Not everyone has that grip.

Since some people don’t have any specific triggers, they’re completely blindsided by the unforseen aspects of living with epilepsy. For those who don’t have control, a warning would be greatly appreciated. Apparently for this purple warrior, it’s just too much to ask.

“Hey epilepsy can we hold can on the sucker punches?!”

The mystery of what the day will bring in regards to my seizures has an affect on my Quality Of Life. Resilience is key; I’m determined to dust off and continue. It’s the fact that episodes aren’t expected, a day or plan can really ripple off track.
