So many factors play into one’s life restrictions and/or limitations.
A short-lived position I had online was much more a challenge because it was basically up-selling life insurance over zoom; it just didn’t work for me especially because we were meant to follow a specific script, extra pressure for commissions resulted in seizures.
I face the common symptoms of epilepsy including photosensitivity. The journey with epilepsy generated insecurities public speaking. Noticing early I didn’t feel as confident as a licensed insurance agent as CHW joining EFNE as a purple chw has been beneficial.
Although majority of my work currently is remote, the pressure is missing since the concept is not a taught script to struggle with retaining; my years in the fight gave me resilience, and experience.
Even though the two positions use the same platform for communication, Zoom, but I surely warmed up to was EFNE. The concepts/topics are natural for me therefore not overwhelming, I can manage this work by setting an agenda.
